The Oasis

The Oasis is centrally located, which made check-in easy and seamless. They requested a copy of my driver's license and verified the booking on Booking.com, and that was it. The breakfast provided was good, served buffet-style, and included options for eggs prepared by the Chef. The check-out process was also easy. We packed the car between the hotel and its neighbouring hotel, and it was safe.

Staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of. From late check in, late dinner and early breakfast packs which were ready at the agreed time. The facility itself was great value for money. We had a family room for a family of 4.

Thank you for the room upgrade (without additional costs), much appreciated. I've visited the Oasis several times and it just gets better and better with each visit. Friendlies of the front desk and breakfast personnel top of the range, keep it up ladies and gents, we see your efforts and it is much appreciated👌.

Everything was really good!The staff was really helpful and accommodating!..I would just prefer the room to have a microwave as I love eating late at night and going all the way down for the kitchen is a bit uncomfortable.but other than that really good service.

The location was great, next to the orange river. The room was big (family room), and the snack and drinks (coffee and tea were appreciated. The room was neat, The staff was helpful and friendly.
